Gets nice and warm so the heating is really nice the belt stretches really big I'm a big lady I weigh 226 lb and it fits around me with room left and it's very comfortable to wear you can turn it around to fit on your back or you can wear it in the front on your stomach for cramps. It also has vibration not a real strong vibration but it is soothing. It is very easy to use it's very self-explanatory the battery seems to last a good charge you need to charge it at least once a week it's not heavy it stays in place if you want to get up and walk around it's easy to adjust or hold in place too if you don't want it too tight. Heat always seems to bring my muscles a lot of pain relief give it a try I think you might like it.

This is a great item to have. As someone who gets severe cramps, this arrived just in time! I appreciate the digital display within easy reach and view, as well as the adjustable waist belt.

It was partly charged already and used it for an hour until it died. It will last longer on a charge. The only thing I don't like is that it charged all day and the red light never turned green to indicate it is fully charged.

I happened to get this two days after I started. It came in so much handy its not even funny. I am going through perimenopause, so this thing is a major game changer for me. I have cramps that will put you down. But I can wear this under my pants and you cant even tell I have it on. The heat actually gets pretty hot. To the point sometimes that I have to turn it off. But its fine with me. Its super light, and you dont even realize you are wearing it. I have even worn it to bed. The massage function is way more helpful that I thought it would be. Im surprised with this all the way around. Not only is it comfy, but the material along with the weight makes it a pretty high quality belt at the price point. I take it with me all the time. Ive even let my coworkers wear it when they were in their cycle. Several have gotten their own. Easy to keep clean as its feels like neoprene, so i just use a wipy and clean it off.

I have really bad cramps, especially during my second day of that "time of the month". I don't like taking tylenol or any kind of painkillers unless absolutely necessary so I'm usually just left dealing with it with warm compress. This menstrual heating pad is much better than the traditional warm compress because heat is consistent (rather than fading as time goes on), has a vibration feature, and you do not have to hold it/press on it for pressure as it has an adjustable strap. Battery capacity is great and it's also infinitely more comfy than a warm compress because the inner side has a velvet pad. Highly recommend!

This portable heating pad is wearable with adjustable belt. My daughter says its easy to operate with temp & vibration control settings. It charges via usb c with good battery life and seems well built. She did mention it's not as hot as she expected but she enjoys the massage function and it alleviates her pain.
